1. Font licenses
Free fonts (personal use)
The 22 free fonts on this site are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only — personal projects, learning, family functions, and anything that doesn’t earn money. Using a free font in client work, monetised content, products for sale, or business branding requires the premium license below.
Premium pack (commercial license)
Purchasing the premium pack (₹99) grants you a lifetime, royalty-free commercial license for all included fonts: client projects, YouTube channels and monetised content, wedding cards sold to customers, logos, packaging, apps and websites. The license covers you (or your studio) — it is not transferable to other designers or businesses.
2. Delivery
The premium pack is a digital product with instant delivery: after payment you receive the download link immediately via the checkout provider (and by email). Nothing is shipped physically. If the email doesn’t arrive, check spam, then message us on WhatsApp and we’ll resend it.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our checkout provider (Cosmofeed). Supported methods include UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking, as offered on the checkout page. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
4. Refunds
Because fonts are digital files that cannot be “returned”, refunds are handled case by case. If something is wrong with your purchase — broken files, duplicate payment, missing fonts — contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll make it right. This matches the policy stated on our contact page.
5. Prohibited uses
- No reselling or redistributing the font files themselves — free or premium — on any site, drive link, Telegram channel, CD or bundle.
- No claiming authorship of the fonts or uploading them to font marketplaces under any name.
- No sublicensing — your license covers your work, not your clients’ or friends’ independent use of the font files. They need their own pack.
- No modification and re-release of the fonts as new fonts. Converting text to curves/outlines inside your designs is fine and encouraged.
- No unlawful use — nothing hateful, defamatory or illegal, in any script.
6. Website content
Articles, images and specimen graphics on this site are © OdiaFont. You may link to any page freely; please don’t republish full articles without permission.
7. Liability
Fonts are provided “as is”. We test everything in PixelLab, Photoshop, Canva and CorelDRAW, but we can’t guarantee behaviour in every app on every device. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid.
